Progesterone Luteal Support Survey – Analysis based on 50,155 IVF cycles throughout the world.


The number of IVF units registered on the website has increased to 3065

The analysis of the survey provoked a great deal of attention throughout the world and among the members of the Advisory Board.

The survey related to progesterone use is the largest ever undertaken in the field of IVF, and comprises 50,155 IVF cycles.
 

1. The majority of practitioners worldwide who provided their opinions in this survey agreed that vaginal progesterone preparations are most commonly used for luteal support (64%).
   
   
2. The majority of practitioners worldwide (66%) who gave their opinions in this survey agreed that should the patient conceive, administration of progesterone is recommended until 10-12 weeks of gestation.
